The 2017 market has been crazy. We have sold many listings this year, out pacing every other REALTOR in the area.
As a matter of fact, in 2016 for Rural Caledon alone, Chris sold 24 of his listings while the next closest competitor sold 16! Wow, that is quite a difference.
As of the end of May 2017, Chris sold in excess of $12,000,000 in home value of Rural Caledon and the average of the top ten agents was only $4.8mil...so almost 3 times the average agent that is in the top 10! Of course this put him as the leading Realtor with the next in line that sold 7 to Chris' 12 for that period.
This is not a one shot deal! Chris has consistently been THE TOP selling agent year after year in the area with typically selling two to even 3 times the value of Real Estate per annum than any other REALTOR in Rural Caledon as in 2013 through 2015.
Do we get more listings, absolutely. But we also sell more! So, we may not have a lot of listings on our site for sale...but compare the sold listings and see the difference. FYI we only post listings that are sold for one year while others may post for much longer so what we are showing you are recent happy clients.
